The following list of dates highlights specific events and important deadlines for the YIG program year. The links below are for a PDF file of the Key Dates and Registration Deadlines.
Students: Please review these dates and deadlines when you register for the program. Please note that your advisor may set an earlier deadline than what is stated below. You are required to follow the deadline set by your advisor. Your advisor has the authority to drop you from the program if you fail to meet that deadline.

Absence Excuse Roster Due One Absence Excuse Roster per delegation needs to be submitted to the State Office listing students who are excused from the Primary Convention. |
| October 6, 2007 |
Primary Convention $35 non-refundable program fee per student is due. Delegation advisors should include all checks in one sealed envelope with delegation name clearly written on outside of envelope. |
