Model Government Program Fee: $195
This fee is paid by the youth participants. Payment is due to the State Office by October 14th. Checks should be made payable to "Missouri YMCA Youth In Government" or "MOYIG" and given to your delegation director. Once paid, all fees are non-refundable. Failure to pay fees by stated deadlines will result in student being dropped from the program.
Below is an approximation of how the fee is allocated based on some specific categories.

Delegation Fee
Some delegations charge an additional program fee. This fee is often used to pay transportation costs to and from the State Convention.
Spending Money
Students should bring spending money (usually around $50) to cover the costs of meals during the State Convention. Two meals are provided for the students: lunch on Thursday and dinner on Friday. Students may also want refreshment or a snack throughout the day. Vending machines are available at the Capitol.
Students participating in the Civic Leadership Institute will have four meals provided during the State Convention (lunch and dinner on Thursday, dinner on Friday, and lunch on Saturday).
Scholarships
Missouri YMCA Youth In Government offers partial scholarships for the State Convention. Students interested in applying for one of the scholarships must submit a Scholarship Application by September 30, 2009. Applications received after this date will be considered only if scholarships remain available.
