Fee Payment
The total cost of CONA is $600. This fee is due in full to the YIG State Office by May 13, 2009. Checks should be made payable to "Youth In Government" and mailed to the following address:

| CONA Registration Form Click on the link to download the CONA Registration Form. CONA requires each student to complete this form. Please complete the enclosed form and return with your payment if you have not done so already. |

| Medical Form Each student must download the Medical Form and return with the CONA Registration Form and fee payment. |

| CONA Handbook You need to review the Handbook and bring it with you to CONA. We will not leave for CONA without each student having a copy of the handbook. Each state delegation has various leaderships that need to be filled. These include Conference Life Committee Representative, Roundtable Chairperson, and Delegation Leader. Please review the Handbook for more information and email khussey @jcymca.org if you are interested in serving in one of these roles. |

| CONA Passport Please review and complete the Passport before CONA and bring with you. We will not leave for CONA without each student having their passport. |
