The YMCA Youth Conference on National Affairs (CONA) was started in 1968 and is held each July in Black Mountain, North Carolina, at the YMCA Blue Ridge Assembly. Students develop written proposals that are national or international in focus and of importance to our nation. Over 500 students from around the country then spend six days debating their proposals in various committees and general sessions.

The YMCA Youth Conference on National Affairs will be held June 27 - July 4, 2008.
